What are my payment options?
You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card to pay, or choose PayPal. Your receipt will be sent to the email address.
Can I switch to a different plan?
Upgrading plan are only available via credit/debit card purchases, it is not available via Paypal. If you previously purchase using Paypal, kindly email to support@mydreams.studio and our team will assist you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time in your My Membership page. Once you cancel you’ll be able to access premium features until your subscription period has ended.
Do you issue refunds?
My Dreams Studio is unable to process any refunds for your subscription once your payment has been processed. If you subscribed via a mobile app then all subscriptions are managed through your app store – to request a refund you’ll need to contact the store directly.
