That’s right. For subscribers, we provide more powerful and efficient graphics cards that ensure high generation speed, fault tolerance, and almost no queues. On average, the generation time comes out to about 30-35 seconds.

Unfortunately, for other users we have to use slightly weaker graphics cards with lower performance. Considering the high traffic, the generation time increases. Generation time here can reach 3-5 minutes due to queues, and sometimes even lead to generation errors.

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card to pay, choose Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and many others local payment methods. Payment is made through the Stripe payment system. Your receipt will be sent to the email address.

Upgrading plan are only available via credit/debit card purchases, it is not available via Paypal. If you previously purchase using Paypal, kindly email to support@mydreams.studio and our team will assist you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in My Membership page. Once you cancel your paid subscription, you’ll be able to access premium features until your subscription period has ended. Once you cancel your free subscription, access to all subscription features will disappear instantly.

My Dreams Studio is unable to process any refunds for your subscription once your payment has been processed. If you subscribed via a mobile app then all subscriptions are managed through your app store – to request a refund you’ll need to contact the store directly.
